spelling bee 决赛就要开始了，面对众多高手，我们异常紧张，我的英语老师文老师轻拍我的肩膀说“输赢不重要，重在参与，大家多注意大屏幕上的关键词，也不要着急，看准了再答，先以对为主！”我信心满满地向老师点头，抱着必胜的决心，喊着口号，带着同学们对我的信任登上了舞台。文老师对我们微微一笑，眉宇间透露出来了热情，眼睛里闪烁着的光芒无不充满了对我们的信任。
在第一环节中，我们组的分数位居第二，文老师在台下为我们鼓掌，面带一副和蔼的微笑，眼睛里的光芒很清澈，老师的掌声让我更加有信心，我也很得意。最后一环节我们想一把夺冠，但是有一名队员因超时没回答而导致我们队连扣20分，这时我的情绪一下子进入低谷，台下的同学们一阵哄笑，我的脸像染了颜料似的绯红，汗水也湿透了我的额头，打湿了我的脊背。
老师对我们糟糕的表现一定很失望吧，我忐忑地望向观众席上的他，却看到他正在给我们拍照片，并摆出了一个大拇指，用口型说：“你们是最棒的，加油！”老师的脸上依然显得那么柔美，笑容更加灿烂，我们队顿时重拾信心，保证后面的题不错，但成绩依旧趋于劣势。
