吸烟有害健康,这句话人人都知道,可是吸烟的危害究竟有哪些?为了让大家更真切的感受到吸烟带来的危害,下面我有几组数据和大家分享一下:一支小小的香烟含有4000多种化合物,其中主要含有焦油、尼古丁和一氧化碳等有害物质,焦油中含有几十种致癌物,尼古丁是使人成瘾的毒物。长期吸烟容易引起心血管病变,直接削弱心脏收缩力,损坏脑细胞,导致记忆力衰退,头痛,失眠等。世界卫生组织报道,有80%的肺癌,75%的慢性阻塞性疾病和25%的冠心病均与吸烟有关。全球每年约有500万人死于与吸烟有关的疾病;中国每天有2000人因吸烟而致病死亡,每年近100万。吸烟也是引发火灾的重要原因,因吸烟夺去无数宝贵生命的事例频频发生,造成了无数的悲剧。

医学研究证明,吸烟是心血管疾病、癌症、慢性阻塞性肺病等多种疾病的行为危害因素,已成为继高血压之后的第二号健康杀手。由于青少年正处于生长发育阶段,各器官系统还未发育成熟,对各种有毒物质的抵抗力不强,受烟雾的毒害也就更深。吸烟不仅损害青少年正常生长发育、降低机体免疫力,同时危害大脑,使思维变得迟钝,记忆力减退,甚至导致早衰、早亡。吸烟还可使青少年养成不良的生活习惯,诱发不良行为,甚至引发犯罪。
